Death of Walkman

       Yesterday, Sony announced that it would stop Walkam production in the local place.This move marks a fade of walkman ,which is very popular in the eighties and nineties,from the our views.

       On July 1, 1979 ,Sony launched the first version of Walkman which is the first low-cost, portable music player. The products won a huge success in the market and Sony has sold 200 million this products totally.Walkman then fell to a flourishing stop today. In my opinion that led to the death of personal walkman have 3 main reasons.

      

     1. Cassette restrictions. In all fairness, walkman is a very great invention, but it had a fatal defects which exist from its first production : it cannot play without a cassette. If you want to hear a certain singer's music, you have to buy a cassette to listen to his albums,that means there is no cassette, walkman do not have any use. The cassette can only contain a dozen songs and if you want to change songs, you have to put it out and change another one.

     2. Rise of MP3. From the first MP3 is made at Korean in 1998 and it planted the seeds of decline for the walkman. MP3 can work without assistance.All you need to do is downloading the music ,maybe one hundred songs,from the Internet with a data cable to the computer.and nothing more, is that simple? It is easy to understand why walkman MP3 can beat it!

      3.Expensive cost. From the perspective of the machine only, walkman is indeed cheaper than MP3, but then what? Buying cassettes or downloading music from the Internet, which is more expensive? You know it.

 Have to admit, walkman is a very great invention, but the technology is always in progress.Who can guarantee that mp3  will not be the next walkman?

6 small skills make you become the android master

1, one linkman one ring

  You will not have to look at the mobile phone, just listen to the ring then you can know who it is. You can set the special ring for your girlfriend or family. The method is simple, just click any user on the contact list, you can see the option to set the tone, it’s ok to set there.

2, use the folder function to organize the content

Although Steve Jobs spent a long time before deciding to release the authorities that the iOS organize content through the folder organization, Android supports the function since available. Android folder not only support enchase the program icon, but also store the address book, even the information of linkman on facebook. You can create the folder on the desktop when you long press the screen.

3, Download Android dynamic wallpaper

Do you still worry about finding beautiful wallpapers? Another function which supported by the beginning system of Android 2.1 version, and all of these can make your phone look cool. If you’d like to play it cool in the Android If you like play it cool, just search for live wallpaper in the Android Market, there will be kinds of wallpapers waiting for you there. 4, Sync cell phone photos to Picasa album

While Flickr still occupies the dominant position Web Albums, but since the android and Picasa are all the service launched by Google, so Picasa will be the preferred choice by android. The 3D Album of Android 2.1 begins to support automatic synchronization of cell phone photos to a Picasa account. It doesn’t need a third party software, then it can set the synchronization, and it gives many reasons to the users to use Picasa.

5, use the head portrait on the Facebook as the photos of the contact address linkman

Installing the official procedures of Facebook, so that android phone can download automatically the Facebook picture and set it as the contact photo. You can also create a Facebook address book folder on the phone desktop through the folder function which has been mentioned to distinguish your real-world friends and your network friends.

6, android set multiple Gmail account

Started from the Android 2.1 System supports multiple account settings, open the Gmail program, through the Menu> Accounts> Add Account, then you can add one or more gmail accounts, but there are some problems of the integration between the various accounts. It’s estimated that the new issued 3.0 version will be improved.

What would be the next surprise from Apple?

     Since founded in 1976, Apple has created so many surprises which give us so many unexpected happiness and wonderful experience. They have changed the ways of our life.

Ipod changes our way of listening to the music. Now Ipod is still hot selling and it has proved to be great success. From Ipod classic to Ipod touch, all of these models can be seen at every corner of the world. The perfect sound quality and stylish appearance of Ipod make it remain the object of imitation of other companies

 Mac book changes the traditional way of notebook. If you ask 100 people that what their favorite notebook is, I think most of the answers would say it is Apple .Its special appearance makes it outstanding among so many notebooks and appeals to lots of young.. Mac os developed by Apple with powerful function is another important reason for the boom of the Mac book.

 Have you seen the long line in front of the Apple shop? Maybe some of them have waited for one night but they were still very happy. What makes them so crazy? Of course, the answer is Iphone. In spite of the antenna problem, Iphone still sells out.

 The advent of tablet PCs has changed the pattern of today's PC market, the Internet market is shrinking sharply, and tablet PC market is slowly eroding the market share, in other words, it can be said that ipad is the catalyst which gives birth to the change.

 All of the surprises from apple have changed not only us but also the world and they have been the standard of creativity.

On October 20th U.S. time，Jobs introduced their new notebook: Macbook Air. So let’s clear our eyes to see what would be the next surprise.

Why tablet PC will never be as transitory as the Net book?

      As the hot era of Net book has just gone away, while the tablet pc is on its way now. From the point of my view, there are three reasons leading to this phenomenon.

       

      Firstly, the net book is actually a low-end and low-price notebook, while tablet pc is beyond the concept of notebook. No matter how hard the companies or factories try to disseminate, this is the reality that can not be changed within many people's vision. However, the Tablet PC has subverted the impression which traditional notebooks leave. People always like something new, and wouldn’t like to buy the second one.

Secondly, the entertainment and maneuverability of the Tablet PC are more outstanding than net book. The different orientation has created the inherent advantages of the tablet PC. It means the notebook is used to make data while tablet pc is used to consume data and pays more attention to entertainment field. You can often see someone holding a tablet to watch a movie on the bus, but how about net book? You may have seen this at Starbucks, of course, less and less.

Thirdly, net book is lack of the world-class star leader; however, the iPad has long been used as referenced idol by tablet PC early. It’s very lucky for the industry to have such superstar ---Apple iPad as a pioneer. In spite of the far distance, we have a right direction. The benefits here are self-evident.

       Based on the above three views, I absolutely believe that Tablet PC will not only shine in the field of consumer electronics, but also flourish in the industrial and commercial applications.

Your Choice -- Meizu M6 Miniplayer TS MP4 Player

It is said that the Meizu M6 miniPlayer is very popular in US. UK and the rest of Europe, although Meizu M6is just a newcomer to the oversea MP3 player market.

Even though Meizu M6 is thin, it is still very solid. To prevent scratching, Meizu M6 covered the front face and back metal with a thin scratch resistant sheet of plastic, much like a screen protector but more robust and perfectly installed. Although the design falls short on originality it is definitely influenced by the iPod and the Nano. However, you shouldn't have problems with scratching up your miniplayer under normal use.

Meizu M6 comes in 1GB, 2GB, and 4GB sizes to match the other players in its class: the Nano, Z5, e200, clix, and other slim high capacity flash players. This player has most of the bases covers in terms of audio codecs, including MP3, WMA, OGG, and WMA. On the video side, Meizu M6 miniPlayer uses XviD convertible with off the shelf software.

The screen takes up the vast majority of the front, measuring in at 2.4″with 260K colors at QVGA (320×240) resolution. The screen tends to wash out slightly at an angle. It is not bad, but slightly less comparable than most LCD screens when viewed off center. Otherwise the screen is very clear with a balanced color.

Meizu M6's user interface is made up of a top pause/play/power button and a front hybrid touch and tactile pad. The pad has 4 tactile buttons: menu, return, forward, and back. The touch interface is a horizontal slide with a center tap to execute.

You will be happy with the nice set of accessories packed in with the Meizu M6 miniPlayer. Meizu M6 is definitely hooking you up on this one. Inside the box you will find the player, carrying pouch, strap, cleaning cloth, earbuds, standard USB cable, manual, and software for converting video. As far as additional accessories, there may not be too many, but I have already seen a clear plastic case that covers the entire player.

Samsung ES55 Digital Camera

As a highly affordable compact camera, i think the Samsung ES55 is enough to entry-level users.

The Samsung ES55 is equipped with a 10.2MP CCD sensor and a 3X optical zoom lens. it's small, user-friendly and comes with some interesting tools and features.

For navigation, the Samsung ES55 sticks to the tried-and-true directional pad, which we found perfectly responsive during testing. The menu is attractively presented and easy to understand, with straightforward text in place of inscrutable icons.that said, the layout leaves a bit to be desired -- the movie mode, electronic image stabiliser and scene modes are inexplicably lumped together, for example. Speaking of the movie mode, there is no dedicated dial or button on the camera, which means you have to dive into the menu whenever you want to record some video.

Despite its budget status, the Samsung ES55 comes with an impressive array of modes and features. Along with the afore-mentioned Beauty Shot, there's face detection, a voice recorder, red-eye removal, nine style modes, 12 scene modes, an inbuilt help guide and a 640*520 VGA movie mode, to name but a few. You can also manually adjust the RGB spectrum to your heart's content, which is great if you want to take some avant-garde photos.

The Samsung ES55 has 4 colors: black, silver, red and grey. The Samsung ES55 makes up for its lack of style by being ultra-tiny. Despite the camera suffering from a drab design, its 90*59*21mm dimensions are impossible not to like.

Responding to Sony PSP 3000

Speaking of Sony PSP 3000, surely everyone likes video games are familiar with it.

Sony has gone back on their initial trumpet blowing, chest beating press release by touting that the PSP-3000 have the same battery life as the PSP-2000, although Sony America's hardware marketing director John Koller did mention that "we should expect shorter battery life in the PSP 3000, perhaps as much as 20 to 30 minutes shorter."

Compared with PSP 2000, PSP 3000 just has a little change on the appearance. However, you can feel the edge on both sides of the body is more smooth when you hold the body both hands. Although from the photo is difficult to see differences, i think the players' hands can feel their difference.

PSP 3000 has more different colors, they give us more choice, but the standing by time is still a problem on PSP 3000, John Koller has made a 180-degree U-turn now with his latest statement, "i'd like to make a correction and clarify that the new PSP will have equivalent battery life to the current PSP, about four to six hours for games and about four to five hours for UMD video." Maybe our readers who have the PSP-3000 can just let us know the results.
